I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, including non-pork cuts. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy, and I especially enjoyed the communal lounge area.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to city center and surrounded by trees. the rooms have comfortable beds with free tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly, with excellent service. the bathrooms were outdated and lacked proper ventilation. the wifi was weak in some rooms and there were no views from the balcony.
The bathrooms need modernizing with a better ventilation system.

Had an amazing Easter stay at this hotel! The breakfast was diverse and had non-pork options to satisfy everyone. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond, leaving some snacks for me in the fridge when I came back from my night shift. The location is perfect for a brisk 10-minute walk to the city center or the beautiful lake road for those sunny and warm spring days.
The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, as there were some moldy tiles despite the presence of a window. The absence of a lift is also an inconvenience, as the reception is downstairs at street level, and sometimes it's challenging to carry luggage up to the rooms.

The Gasthaus Lohja exceeded my expectations. The sauna was included in the price, and the staff were great too make my stay comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast was excellent, with even some leftover mudcake available. The bed in the room was reasonably comfortable.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We spent our Xmas holidays in this hotel and enjoyed the festive spirit around. the location was great, near the downtown shopping and restaurant area, which was beautifully decorated for the season. the heated pool and sauna were the best aspects of the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. We also appreciated the free parking.
The outdated rooms. the bathroom tiles were moldy, and the balcony was not inviting.
